Responsibilities- Manage all procurement activities for ocean and land transportation of bulk and finished goods, including warehousing services- Develop strategic supplier relationships and contracts- Establish relationships with 4PL providers for smooth transition to new ways of working, standardized operations, and effective carrier communication- Collaborate with regional procurement teams and global logistics operations teams- Optimize cost, transit time, service, and payment terms with suppliers- Provide category intelligence, industry benchmarks, trends, and best practices- Plan sourcing activities and coordinate data for competitive bidding, RFQs, and e-auctions- Secure service level agreements defining carrier KPIs and responsibilities- Identify continuous improvement opportunities with supply centres and markets- Participate in Supplier Relationship Management programs, track KPIs, and build improvement action plans- Monitor performance against annual budgets and highlight risks and opportunities with Finance- Ensure compliance with procurement and contract management policies- Build and implement category strategy for cost, service, and ESG goals- Integrate sustainability into sourcing, contracting, and supplier selection- Mitigate supply chain disruptions through carrier network diversification and contingency planningRequirements- Solid business judgement and ability to anticipate impacts of decisions and initiatives- Financial acumen and problem-solving skills- Advanced procurement practice skills- Proficiency in spoken and written English- Master or equivalent degree in Business Management, Science, Engineering,



or Supply Chain- 5–10 years of work experience with progressive leadership roles- Experience with general and regional scope and growing business scale- Exposure to different industries, preferably FMCG, food, and beverage- Broad logistics experience across transportation, warehousing, customs and excise, and S&OP processes- Strong background in procurement processes and methodologies, including category management, supplier management, and sourcing- Proven change-management and project-management experience- Familiarity with key business strategies, objectives, and dimensions of business value- Financial acumen and entrepreneurial thinkingCore CompetenciesDemonstrates advanced procurement practices, strategic supplier relationship management, and financial acumen to optimize logistics operations and drive cost-effective sourcing strategies.
