Role Description The LMA B1.3 role at Helitrans Pyrinees is a full-time, on-site position based in Sabadell. The LMA B1.3 professional is responsible for performing and certifying maintenance tasks on relevant aircraft, including inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacements in accordance with applicable regulations and company procedures. Daily activities include reviewing work orders, planning maintenance steps, coordinating with operations and logistics, and ensuring accurate documentation of all tasks carried out. The role involves close collaboration with other maintenance staff and engineers to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and reliability. The LMA B1.3 also supports continuous improvement initiatives, adherence to regulatory requirements, and readiness for audits and inspections.
Qualifications
Valid EASA Part-66 B1.3 license or equivalent, with demonstrated experience on relevant helicopter types.
Knowledge of aircraft structures, powerplant, and mechanical systems,



with a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, maintenance documentation, and airworthiness directives.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary maintenance and operations teams.
Proficiency in using maintenance software, tools, and equipment, and in maintaining detailed, accurate records.
Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing workload, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
Willingness to work on-site in Sabadell, including flexibility for shifts or occasional extended hours as operational needs require.
Previous experience in rotary-wing maintenance and familiarity with applicable aviation regulations and standards.
Relevant technical education or apprenticeship in aircraft maintenance or a closely related field.
