Principal Product Manager – E2E SW CRM (Salesforce)

Role Overview

Seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the end-to-end SW CRM / Salesforce product vision and roadmap across CRM++, covering CRM consolidation, Customer 360, Entitlements, Sales Compensation, WXP ecosystem, Master Data, and Salesforce operations.

The role will drive product strategy, roadmap prioritization, stakeholder alignment, governance, and value realization across multiple business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the E2E Salesforce CRM product vision and roadmap .
- Develop Salesforce multi-cloud strategy across Sales, Service, Experience, Data and Revenue Cloud.
- Evaluate OOTB vs. AppExchange vs. custom Salesforce development .
- Drive AI/Agentic AI and automation strategy , including Agentforce and Einstein capabilities.
- Define data architecture strategy with Data Cloud and enterprise data platforms .
- Reduce technical debt and modernize legacy Salesforce workflows and customizations.
- Lead executive stakeholder engagement, QBRs and steering committees .
- Manage roadmap prioritization, trade-offs, MVPs and value/ROI tracking.




- Oversee Salesforce release planning, vendor/AppExchange governance and platform capacity.
- Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Scrum Masters and Delivery Leads on backlog and delivery.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 9–12 years of Product Management / Salesforce product experience.
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud .
- Strong E2E CRM / Lead-to-Cash expertise.
- Experience with Funnel, Forecasting, Renewals, Entitlements and Master Data .
- Strong enterprise product management, roadmap and prioritization skills.
- Experience with MoSCoW / RICE prioritization frameworks.
- Proven VP/L3/L4 stakeholder and executive management experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce dashboards, Tableau and Excel-based forecasting.
- Knowledge of WXP, SAP OTC, MDM/MADO, CPQ/IQ and subscription ecosystems .

Nice to Have

- Salesforce Agentforce / Einstein / GenAI product experience.
- Enterprise CRM experience within large technology/Fortune 100 organizations.
- SAFe / Scaled Agile Product Management certification.
