Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead Employee and Labor Relations for Germany and co-lead for Spain within the People and Places function. You’ll shape regional strategies, ensure compliance with local employment laws, and partner with Legal and leadership to resolve complex labor issues. You will coach leaders, manage investigations, and support organizational transformation and change. - Serve as ER and LR lead for Germany and co-lead for Spain, managing consultations and workforce programs
- Lead relationships with Works Councils (Germany) and Comités de Empresa (Spain), ensuring compliant, effective dialogue
- Understand business objectives to propose solutions and improvements in labor relations
- Monitor policy trends affecting the organization to anticipate future needs (e.G., site vibrancy)
- Coach leaders on performance management and ER best practices
- Investigate complex ER issues, document employment claims, and propose resolutions




- Build stakeholder trust by addressing concerns and aligning with long-term interests
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure adherence to reporting and labor law requirements
- Represent the organization in contract negotiations and with external regulatory bodies as needed
- Collaborate with Employment Legal Counsels on complex legal matters and collective processesResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of ER/LR experience in Germany and Spain
- Experience with Works Councils and Comités de Empresa
- Strong knowledge of German and Spanish employment law and labor relations practices
- Experience leading or supporting collective bargaining negotiations and administration of agreements
- Experience managing union relationships and resolving LR issues in unionized environments
