The Services Technician, either Inhouse or Field, will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, checks and repairs operations of Ambr systems'for delivering the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.The Services Technician should preferably live in the north-east of Spain (Bilbao/San Sebastian/Burgos/etc...) while the working area will be extended to all Spain and Portugal.Main Responsibilities & Tasks:Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches or ensure the preventive maintenance, installation and repair of Ambr systems'.Manage all on site installation, repair,



maintenance and test tasksDiagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutionsProduce timely and detailed service reportsDocument processesOperate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systemsFollow all company's filed procedures and protocolsCooperate with technical team and share information across the organisationComprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefingsQualifications & Skills:Technical degree or certification2+ years proven field service experienceAbility to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipmentEnglish literacyAbility to work adaptable shifts and to adapt to changing work schedulesFamiliarity with mobile tools and applications
