Product Development Scientist (Small Molecules)Spain (Remote) | Barcelona (Hybrid)Salary: Up to €60,000About the roleWe are supporting a growing pharmaceutical company that is expanding its Product Development team due to an increase in projects.This role focuses on small molecule drug products already on the market, working within a fully outsourced/virtual model (no internal manufacturing sites or labs).You will play a key role in managing product lifecycle activities, ensuring product quality, and supporting technical and regulatory processes across multiple markets.Key responsibilitiesSupport product lifecycle management for marketed drug productsCoordinate and oversee technology transfers between manufacturing sitesLead and support investigations, deviations, and CAPAsAct as technical support for product-related issuesCollaborate with CDMOs/CMOs and cross-functional teamsContribute to regulatory documentation (CMC)



and support responses to health authoritiesMonitor outsourced activities and ensure compliance with GMP standardsRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industryBackground in small molecule drug product developmentExperience in a manufacturing, production, or technical support environmentProven involvement in technology transfer and/or product lifecycle activitiesExposure to regulatory dossiers (e.G.
