CRM Marketing Manager/Director - EN/ES

Are you a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing expert ready to make a global impact? We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to shape CRM strategy across Europe & Asia and drive engagement, retention & customer lifetime value.

✨ What you’ll do

- Lead multi-channel CRM campaigns: email, SMS, push & messaging

- Drive segmentation, personalization & lifecycle strategies

- Build automated workflows and optimize CRM platforms

- Analyze, test & continuously improve performance

- Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams

- Help build and grow the CRM function

What we’re looking for

- 7+ years in CRM, email or lifecycle marketing

- Strong expertise in segmentation & personalization

- Hands-on CRM & marketing automation experience (HubSpot preferred)

- Strong data & analytical skills (Power BI a plus)

- International experience, ideally with exposure to Asian markets

- Team leadership experience is a plus
