In this hybrid role, you will work both from our office and remotely, delivering technical product insights, demonstrating solutions, and ensuring successful adoption of Microsoft cloud products. You will act as the key technical contact for potential customers, provide one-on-one and group trainings, and continuously expand your expertise on cloud capabilities, pricing, and competitor offerings. Key Responsibilities Drive new customer wins through up-sell and cross-sell opportunitiesProvide technical overviews and insights aligned with customer needs and usage scenariosAudit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculationsDemonstrate technical and business solutions to customers via TeamsAct as the main technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele teamConduct training sessions for colleagues and customersStay up-to-date on the latest developments in cloud solutions, Microsoft products, and competitors Qualifications Required:
