Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Medical Doctor at GRG Health.

The Medical

Doctor will provide clinical expertise to support healthcare market research projects, including validating medical content, reviewing study protocols, and ensuring scientific accuracy in deliverables.

Responsibilities include interpreting clinical data, offering insights on treatment pathways and disease management, and advising on survey instruments, discussion guides, and other research tools.

Doctor will collaborate with analysts and project managers to align research outputs with current medical practice and regulatory standards, and may contribute to thought leadership pieces, white papers, and client presentations. The role requires regular virtual communication with cross-functional teams across geographies.

Qualifications

- Medical degree (MBBS, MD, DO, or equivalent) from an accredited institution, with clinical experience in any specialty; experience in healthcare market research or life sciences consulting is an advantage.
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to interpret medical literature, guidelines, and real-world evidence, with attention to scientific rigor and ethical considerations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to explain complex medical concepts clearly to non-clinical stakeholders.
- Comfort working with digital tools and online collaboration platforms; familiarity with data analysis, evidence-based medicine, or health technology (AI/ML in healthcare) is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time schedules across time zones, and collaborate effectively with global, diverse teams.
