? What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a skilled RF Engineer with proven experience in the design of transmission and reception architectures across different frequency bands. The idóneo candidate has strong expertise in mixed-signal design (analog/digital) and RF systems, with the ability to simulate and validate both linear and non-linear components.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design detailed RF transmission and reception architectures for multi-band applications.
- Develop mixed-signal (analog/digital) RF designs, ensuring performance and integration efficiency.
- Design high-efficiency power amplifiers using technologies such as GaN, GaAs, and LDMOS.
- Design compact RF circuits and System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions.




- Perform RF simulations (linear and non-linear) using tools such as ADS or similar.
- Perform analog simulations using tools such as LTSpice or equivalent.
- Conduct laboratory measurements and validation using spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and scalar/vector signal generators.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams involved in communications and space systems.

? Requirements

- Proven experience in RF transmission and reception architecture design.
- Strong knowledge of mixed analog and digital design.
- Experience in the design of power amplifiers using GaN, GaAs, LDMOS technologies and high-efficiency techniques.
- Experience in RF compact circuit and SoC design.
- Hands-on experience with RF simulation tools such as ADS or similar.
- Experience with analog simulation tools such as LTSpice or equivalent.
- Experience working with RF laboratory equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators).
- Professional working proficiency in English.

➕ Nice to Have

- Knowledge of satellite communications processing and architectures.
- Experience in embedded systems design for satellite applications.
- Familiarity with ECSS or similar space standards.
- Experience with components suitable for space applications.
- Knowledge of VCOs and PLLs.




- Antenna design knowledge.
- Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools such as CST or HFSS.
