repositioning projects and operational transitions.- Contributing to strategic expansion initiatives and evaluating new hospitality opportunities.- Ensuring compliance with all corporate, brand and regulatory requirements.- Representing the company within the hospitality industry and local business community.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be a seasoned hospitality leader with extensive experience managing luxury hotel operations and strong commercial acumen.Requirements include:- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.- Significant experience as a General Manager within luxury or upscale hospitality environments.- Previous multi-property, cluster or regional management experience.- Strong understanding of hotel operations across Rooms, F&B, Sales, Revenue Management and Finance.- Proven ability to drive revenue growth, profitability and operational excellence.- Demonstrated experience managing P&L responsibility and achieving business targets.- Experience working with ownership groups and multiple stakeholders.Track record leading renovations, openings, repositioning projects or growth initiatives.- Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills.- Fluency in Spanish and English.What’s on Offer- Competitive executive compensation and incentive package.- Long-term career progression opportunities within an international platform.#J-18808-Ljbffr
