About The Role A structured six-month placement. You begin by observing assessments and writing up what you saw, and by the third month you take responsibility for a small scope of your own with supervision. The programme ends with a presentation of your work. We recruit from this programme, and we state that openly so candidates know what it leads to. No professional experience is required.
