You will be the key figure in technical training and incident resolution for the international network of distributors and clients, focusing on the management of design libraries and digital workflow.MAIN FUNCTIONSTechnical Support: Incident resolution (remote and on-site) for distributors and clients regarding the use of products and libraries in their daily practice. Training & Education: Design, development, and execution of technical training programs (initial and continuous) aimed at distributors and the international sales team. Content Creation: Development of technical support materials for the Training and Marketing departments. International Representation: Technical support and active participation in international talks, conferences, trade shows, and industry events.REQUIRED PROFILEEducation: Dental Technician, Dental Laboratory Manager, or Degree in Dentistry.
(Mandatory requirement)Languages: High and fluent level of English for daily use in an international environment.
(Mandatory requirement)Hard Skills: Mastery of CAD-CAM and knowledge of design libraries (Exocad and 3Shape).
Experience: Proven background in technical support, ideally also in the execution of technical training programs. Soft Skills: Strong commercial profile, excellent communication skills, and high customer service CONDITIONS & MODELLocation: On-site work.

Serás la figura clave en la capacitación técnica y la resolución de incidencias para la red de distribuidores internacionales y clientes, con foco en el manejo de librerías de diseño y flujo digital.FUNCIONES PRINCIPALESSoporte Técnico: Resolución de incidencias (remoto y presencial) para distribuidores y clientes en el manejo de productos y librerías en su práctica diaria. Formación (Training & Education): Diseño, desarrollo y ejecución de programas de formación técnica (inicial y continuada) dirigidos a distribuidores y equipo comercial internacional. Creación de Contenidos: Elaboración de material técnico de soporte para los departamentos de Formación y Marketing. Representación Internacional: Soporte técnico y participación activa en charlas, conferencias, ferias y eventos del sector a nivel internacional.PERFIL REQUERIDOFormación: Protésico dental, mánager de laboratorio de prótesis o graduado en Odontología.
(Requisito excluyente)Idiomas: Nivel de inglés alto y fluido para uso diario en entorno internacional.
