We are looking for a Senior Dev Ops Platform Engineer to join an international technology hub based in Madrid and play a key role in shaping the next generation of cloud-native platforms used by engineering teams worldwide. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, building scalable cloud environments, and influencing technical decisions within a modern engineering Opportunity As a Senior Dev Ops Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, evolving, and operating enterprise-grade platform services focused on reliability, automation, security, and developer experience. You will work within a highly collaborative international environment, partnering with Product, Software Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Security teams to build scalable foundations that enable innovation across the business. This is a strategic hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to drive best practices, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the long-term cloud and platform Responsibilities Cloud & Platform Engineering Design and operate large-scale Kubernetes platforms across Azure and Google Cloud. Build scalable, secure,



and resilient cloud infrastructure supporting global infrastructure standardization through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Improve platform reliability, performance, and scalability. Automation & Developer Enablement Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native Git Ops methodologies and deployment self-service capabilities that empower engineering teams and accelerate delivery. Drive platform improvements that enhance developer productivity and reduce operational complexity. Security & Observability Implement security best practices across cloud and container environments. Integrate compliance and governance requirements into platform engineering processes. Enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability capabilities using modern tooling. Support incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Leadership Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define platform roadmaps and priorities. Influence architectural decisions and engineering standards across multiple teams. Champion Dev Ops culture, automation, and continuous improvement practices. What We're Looking For Essential Experience5+ years of experience in Dev Ops, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or SRE roles. Strong expertise with Kubernetes and container technologies.



Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud background implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment supporting distributed systems and modern cloud-native architectures. Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance within cloud environments. Experience working within Agile development teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams. Fluent English. Nice to Have Experience with service mesh technologies. Knowledge of multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments. Familiarity with Fin Ops and cloud cost optimization implementing observability solutions such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, or similar tools.
