HAYS is collaborating with a multinational electric utility company.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner closely with senior leaders, Hiring Managers, and internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on recruitment, workforce planning, talent market trends, and talent management practices.
- Support strategic workforce planning initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple organizational levels and functions.
- Ensure the attraction, assessment, and hiring of high-quality candidates.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement in recruitment methodologies and assessments.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Lead Talent Acquisition transformation initiatives and digital projects.
- Support the implementation, configuration, optimization,



and adoption of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and talent management tools.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Talent Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Talent Management .
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple organizational levels.
- Previous experience leading and developing recruitment teams.
- Strong background in talent sourcing, employer branding, and workforce planning.
- Experience with ATS platforms and Talent Acquisition transformation projects is highly desirable.
- Experience working within an international and matrix organization is a plus.
- English: C1-C2 level (mandatory).
