Aufgaben

- Developing technical system solutions in the field of dosing technology based on customer enquiries
- Designing and costing systems during the quotation phase, as well as providing in-depth advice right through to the final customer solution
- Providing technical advice to customers on applications, system solutions and their integration into existing processes, both on-site at the customer’s premises and at trade fairs and specialist conferences
- Reliable management of customer projects
- Building and maintaining international networks and customer relationships
- Close cooperation with our in-house sales, application engineering and service teams
- Travel within the EU and to non-EU countries for sales meetings and technical discussions

Qualifikation

You have completed a state-certified technician qualification or a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or process engineering. Proficiency in standard MS Office applications is as much a part of your day-to-day work as working with ERP and CRM systems; knowledge of standard AutoCAD systems would be an advantage. You have business-fluent English and are keen to understand client processes and to develop suitable technical solutions in collaboration with the client. Furthermore, you are characterised by a customer-focused approach,



strong communication skills and a versátil way of working. Ideally, you already have 2 to 4 years’ professional experience in international project management and would be open to the possibility of a longer-term assignment at one of our sera subsidiaries, for example in the UK, Austria, Switzerland or Germany.
