About the Role
We are looking for aSenior SAP Manufacturing Consultant with strong SAP PP expertiseto join an international team supporting aSAP S/4HANA Clean Core on RISE Assessmentfor a leading Med Tech company in Spain.
This is anassessment and advisory engagement, focused on process-led fit-to-standard analysis rather than implementation.
You will be responsible for assessing current Production Planning and Manufacturing processes, identifying gaps against SAP S/4HANA best practices, and defining future-state recommendations to support the client's transformation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
LeadAS-IS and TO-BE workshopswith SAP Product Owners and business SMEs across Production Planning and Manufacturing.
Performfit-to-standard and fit-gap analysisfor SAP PP processes.
Contribute to L1–L3 process mapping, pain-point analysis and functional documentation.
Assess the impact of existingcustom developmentssuch as Z-programs, user exits and BAdIs on the future S/4HANA landscape.
Evaluate relevantS/4HANA simplifications and best practices, including MRP Live and production/process order capabilities.
Prepare theS/4HANA Fit/Gap Reportand Future-State Process Definition documentation.
Provide Manufacturing input into the Target Architecture Pack, Migration Readiness Pack, roadmap and Transformation Business Case.
Collaborate withMM/IM, Quality/Regulatory and Finance/Product Costingworkstreams on cross-functional processes and integrations.




Work closely with the Technical Architect to identify opportunities for Clean Core adoptionand reduction of customisation.
Must-Have Requirements:
10+ years of hands-on SAP PP consulting experience.
Proven experience with at least oneSAP S/4HANA implementation, fit-to-standard/process assessment or Clean Core readiness assessment.
Strong knowledge ofSAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and PP best practices.
Solid understanding ofMRP Live and S/4HANA production/process order simplifications.
Proven experience facilitatingbusiness-process workshops with senior stakeholders.
Strong experience producingfit-gap analysis, process mapping and assessment documentation.
Comfortable working in anadvisory/assessment environment, rather than solely in implementation projects.
Fluent English, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have:
Experience within Life Sciences, Med Tech or Pharma manufacturing.
Exposure toPP-PI, batch manufacturing, batch records or electronic batch record integration.
Experience withSAP Signavio Process Insightsand/orSAP Readiness Check.
Knowledge ofSAP ActivateandRISE with SAPreadiness assessments.
Working knowledge of Spanish.

Depending on project outcomes and client decisions, consultants may have the opportunity to participate in a subsequentmulti-year SAP Clean Core / RISE transformation programme.
