Braun Management works with executive teams to address organizational problems that have become too internal to fix through rigorous, evidence-backed analysis.
We focus on uncovering the structural truths that hinder growth, such as unclear decision rights and operational friction within complex business systems.
The role Braun Management is currently supporting a major Spanish logistics firm as they look to refine their internal structures and operational efficiency.
The Junior Research Analyst will play a supporting part in this engagement by gathering data and conducting preliminary research into logistics frameworks and organizational design.
This is a fully remote position that offers a high level of exposure to complex business systems and the chance to contribute to meaningful consulting projects from the start of your career.

What you will do Review internal reports and publicly available data to build a clear picture of client operations and organizational history.
Assist in mapping out decision rights and reporting lines within the logistics organization to identify areas of confusion.
Compile research findings into clear, written summaries that will be used by consultants in executive briefings.

Maintain detailed documentation of all research sources to ensure the integrity of our evidence-backed advice.
Help prepare data visualizations that make complex structural problems easier for leadership teams to understand.
Monitor industry trends in the logistics sector to provide context for current restructuring efforts.
What we are looking for A bachelor degree in business, economics, social sciences, or a related field with a strong focus on research and analysis.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas in plain, direct language.
A natural curiosity about how large organizations function and why they sometimes fail to perform as expected.
Comfort working with data sets and an eye for spotting inconsistencies or anomalies in information.
Basic familiarity with organizational design concepts or corporate governance structures.
The ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while meeting established project deadlines.
Precision in your work and a commitment to providing honest, factual information even when it is uncomfortable.
Willingness to learn the specific complexities of European governance, including works councils and two-tier boards.
How we work We operate as a fully remote team,
which means our primary mode of collaboration is through written documentation and clear, direct communication.
At Braun Management, we value precision over speed and believe that the best work comes from deep, focused analysis rather than constant meetings.
Our culture is built on individual accountability and the belief that every team member should feel comfortable providing honest observations.
Working remotely allows us to maintain a professional environment that prioritizes the unglamorous but necessary work of structural consulting.
What we offer A permanent, full-time position with a competitive pay structure that is attractive for entry level roles in the research market.
The flexibility of a 100 percent remote working arrangement.
Opportunities to learn from experienced consultants who specialize in European governance and restructuring.
Direct involvement in projects for high-profile partners, including our current work with a major Spanish logistics firm.
A professional environment that prioritizes clear thinking and evidence-based decision making.
Support for professional development and the chance to build a foundation in structural consulting and organizational analysis.
This role is vital for ensuring that our recommendations are grounded in reality and supported by hard evidence.
By identifying the structural truths behind organizational friction, you help our clients move past internal roadblocks that have stalled their progress.
The work you do provides the clarity needed for executive teams to make difficult decisions and implement lasting change within their organizations.
