The Opportunity

Were looking for a Junior Regional Key Account Manager to join our Commercial team and help accelerate Smileats growth.

Youll play a key role in developing regional retail partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving commercial success while working alongside passionate colleagues across the business.

What Youll Be Doing

- Manage and grow relationships with regional supermarket chains already working with Smileat.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build trusted partnerships with customers, understanding their commercial needs and objectives.
- Design and execute strategic plans, including pricing, promotions, and assortment proposals.
- Visit stores and points of sale to maximize performance and visibility.
- ✍️ Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts.




- Analyze market trends and sales data to optimize product ranges.
- Own the P&L; of your assigned accounts.
- Prepare forecasts and participate in budget reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Senior Management.

✅ What Were Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management within FMCG (food industry experience is a plus).
- ️ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements.
- A results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical skills and confidence working with sales data.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience using AI tools is a plus.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- ✈️ Availability to travel.
