MSP Education Group is building a new category in education: a global ecosystem combining high-performance academic support and versátil micro-schools.
Our vision is clear: build a solid foundation in Madrid and expand internationally across multiple markets and continents.
We are still a relatively small organisation but with very ambitious goals.
We are looking for people who enjoy building things, solving problems and creating systems that allow organisations to scale.
The Role
This is not a traditional HR position.
We are not looking for someone whose primary focus is employee relations, payroll, onboarding or day-to-day HR administration.
Instead, we are looking for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges through planning, structure, execution and data.
Your mission is simple:
Ensure the business always has the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
Rather than reacting to vacancies, you will build the workforce planning and recruitment engine that allows the organisation to grow predictably.
This role works directly with senior leadership across all business units and will play a key role in helping the company scale efficiently.
Your Mission
The objective is not simply to recruit people.
The objective is to eliminate recruitment emergencies before they happen.
You will create the planning, forecasting and recruitment systems that ensure every department has the talent it needs—without unnecessary hiring, last-minute recruitment or constant staffing shortages.
Key ResponsibilitiesWorkforce Planning
- Develop workforce planning models across all business units.
- Forecast staffing requirements by department, location and season.
- Anticipate future hiring needs months before vacancies arise.
- Build capacity planning models to support business growth.
- Work closely with department managers to understand future operational needs.
Talent Acquisition
- Build continuous recruitment pipelines instead of reacting to vacancies.
- Develop relationships with universities, teacher communities and professional networks.
- Create proactive recruitment campaigns throughout the year.
- Build and maintain substitute teacher and emergency staffing pools.
- Improve candidate experience while significantly reducing hiring times.
Recruitment Performance & Operational Analysis
Recruitment should never be based solely on requests.
One of your key responsibilities will be determining whether additional hiring is genuinely required or whether operational improvements can solve the challenge more effectively.
We are not looking for someone who solves today's vacancy.
We are looking for someone who builds systems that continue working as the organisation grows.
You will:
- Standardise recruitment processes.
- Create scalable hiring workflows.
- Build long-term talent pools.
- Improve recruitment automation where appropriate.
- Develop workforce planning systems capable of supporting international expansion.
Success in This Role
Success is not measured by the number of people hired.
Success is measured by building a business that rarely finds itself unprepared.
Within your first months you will be expected to:
- Build a workforce planning model for the entire organisation.
- Forecast staffing needs with increasing accuracy.
- Significantly reduce recruitment lead times.
- Create active talent pipelines before vacancies exist.
- Reduce emergency recruitment.
- Introduce meaningful recruitment KPIs and reporting.
- Help management make better hiring decisions using data.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who naturally thinks like an operator.
Someone who enjoys asking questions such as:
- Do we really need another hire?
- Can this workload be organised differently?
- Where is the actual bottleneck?
- What does the data tell us?
- How can we solve tomorrow's problem today?
You enjoy building systems, improving efficiency and creating order in fast-moving environments.
You don't wait for problems.
You anticipate them.
Skills & Experience
We care far more about what you've achieved than the title you've held.
