Your role in the team

Be part of our IT Solutions team in Barcelona and help us onboard customers faster and more efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

-

- Guide and support customers through the integration of our order API

- Explain API functionality and provide technical guidance to customer development teams

- Prepare test environments, coordinate UAT sessions and track implementation progress





- Coordinate release planning and manage crisis communication

- Support data migrations and system change processes

- Maintain and improve API documentation

What We Expect From You

-

- 2+ years experience as Integration Manager, Implementation Consultant or Technical Account Manager

- Customer-focused with a structured and proactive work approach

- Ability to work alongside technical teams and translate between business and technical requirements

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API testing tools (Postman, Bruno, or similar)

- Fluent in English and German, Spanish is a plus

- Eager to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Background in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent experience
