We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented International Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Service / Logistics team (remote/hybrid - Madrid/Spain). You'll be the main point of contact for our international customers and partners across Europe, coordinating palletized freight consignments and ensuring excellent service from start to finish.

What you'll do

-

- Manage customer orders and transport requests

- Coordinate international palletized consignments and delivery schedules

- Provide proactive updates on shipment status, delays or incidents

- Handle complaints and delivery issues professionally





- Collaborate closely with operations and dispatch teams

- Maintain and update customer data in our CRM

What you bring

-

- Experience in customer service and/or logistics

- Strong communication & problem-solving skills

- Fluency in Dutch and English xhfqzwm (spoken & written)

- Spanish is a strong plus;
other European languages are an advantage

- Familiarity with TMS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
