In this role, you will redesign and validate payment structures to drive rider engagement across Glovo’s global logistics network. You’ll blend data modeling with problem-solving to ensure scalable, fair compensation that improves key operational metrics. You will own experimentation and monitor performance to guide a global rollout, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address local rider needs. This is a data-driven, high-growth opportunity at a leading delivery platform.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Optimize and redesign the courier payment framework to maximize rider engagement
• Design models considering vehicle type, distance, weight, and peak-hour availability
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for the payment system
• Own the experimentation process (A/B tests, switchback tests) and assess impact before rollout
• Monitor KPI performance and adjust strategies based on data insights




• Champion understanding of local and regional rider needs across markets
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering, Maths or another STEM field
• 2+ years in a data analytics role translating insights into business actions
• Advanced SQL for complex querying
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and orchestration
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication xqbhyrx of complex analyses to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent English
• Organized, ownership-minded, able to thrive in high-growth environments
