In this role you support the Global Marketing Director and team to boost AXA XL’s global visibility and thought leadership across Growth areas like Future of Energy, Data Centers and Multinational Solutions. You collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent marketing resources and execute campaigns, events, and digital activations. You will handle content development, stakeholder coordination, and performance reporting to drive brand positioning and client engagement. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that links marketing with sales and product teams for measurable impact.

• Support global marketing resources and activities across growth areas, retention and brand positioning.
• Assist with integrated marketing campaigns using digital advertising, account-based marketing, email, webinars, collateral, web content, events and sponsorships.
• Coordinate general events, sponsorships, client engagement programs, and post-event reporting.
• Contribute to Chief Client Office priorities including client growth and broker engagement.
• Provide up-to-date global resources and messaging to regional marketing teams.
• Collaborate with Global Brand and Digital teams to ensure consistent materials and content.
• Maintain and update website content for priority growth areas and support digital campaign execution.
• Support performance reporting across campaigns, events, sponsorships and digital channels with metrics and ROI when available.




• Support CRM discipline and campaign tracking to capture activities and follow-up actions.
• Draft, edit and coordinate copy for collateral, web content, presentations and assets.
• Use data-driven insights to monitor campaigns and inform optimization recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Brand, Media/PR, Digital) to ensure timely project delivery.
• Represent Global Marketing in internal meetings and assist external industry events preparation.

• Build strong relationships with Sales, Product, Distribution and Executive teams.
Responsabilidades
• Experience in commercial and/or B2B marketing with ability to manage multiple projects
• Collaborative, proactive mindset and results-focused
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid team
• Strong organizational skills for time-critical projects, planning, scheduling and budgeting
• Experience with digital marketing activation (ABM, email, webinars), CRM-based campaign tracking and website content management
• Proactive, delivery-focused and eager to learn technical skills
• Experience in Insurance or Financial Services preferred
• Bachelor in Marketing or Communications or equivalent
