In this role you will lead the Banking Scalability Platform to modernize and scale N26’s core banking infrastructure, enabling rapid product launches with automated compliance and data flows. You’ll work within the Core Systems group across Barcelona and Berlin to translate banking domains into scalable, compliant infrastructure. You will own the platform roadmap, align stakeholders, and drive high-stakes rollouts with cross-functional teams. This is a high-impact, transformation-focused role at a fast-growing fintech.

• Define robust platform requirements balancing core banking processes, compliance, and long-term efficiency
• Own the platform roadmap end-to-end and prioritize for scalability and resilience

• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product and design to enhance core banking infrastructure
• Lead build-buy-partner evaluations and embed chosen solutions into the tech ecosystem
• Coordinate launch readiness across local markets, legal, compliance, operations, and engineering to mitigate risk
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in FinTech or banking environments or with core banking software
• Strong hands-on experience with banking/payments architecture, ledger systems, and API-driven products
• High AI literacy with history of leveraging AI to improve product discovery and workflows
• University degree in STEM, Business, or Economics; MBA or equivalent valued

• Strong strategic communication skills for executive stakeholders
• Proven track record of managing enterprise vendors and complex external relationships
