As Privacy Counsel at Tripledot Studios, you will shape and lead the global privacy and data protection program for a fast-growing mobile gaming company. You’ll partner with product, marketing and engineering to embed privacy-by-design into new features and address cross-border data issues. You’ll manage data subject requests, data breaches, and vendor privacy obligations, while guiding regulatory inquiries. This is a senior in-house role with broad scope across multiple jurisdictions, offering impact at scale and professional growth.

• Build, implement and maintain global privacy program, policies and procedures
• Monitor and advise on privacy risks across digital markets and platforms for mobile gaming
• Conduct DPIAs and privacy reviews, embedding privacy-by-design
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to ensure compliant, privacy-conscious products
• Manage data subject requests and responses to personal data breaches and incidents
• Negotiate data processing agreements and manage privacy obligations with vendors and partners




• Lead strategic responses to inquiries and investigations by data protection authorities
Responsabilidades
• EU/UK/US qualified lawyer with 7+ years of experience
• Strong generalist capabilities in addition to privacy expertise
• Experience in both law firms and in-house environments preferred
• Experience advising on data protection issues for consumer-facing technology monetized with ads and in-app purchases; video game industry a plus
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and emerging state privacy laws
• Experience with data protection topics for mobile apps: consent, children's xqbhyrx privacy, advertising and analytics, cross-border transfers
• Experience conducting DPIAs, handling data subject requests, negotiating DPAs
• Experience dealing with regulatory inquiries and enforcement actions
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead complex projects across multiple jurisdictions
