You will own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management of Eaton's White Space Data Center portfolio across EMEA, collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations to drive profitable growth. You’ll identify market opportunities, translate needs into product requirements, and partner with global teams to align roadmaps. Expect to shape innovative data center solutions and GTM efforts within a fast-growing, strategic segment. This role offers impact across cloud, colocation and AI-driven data centers, with a clear focus on profitability and customer value. You will work in a global, matrix organization to bring AI-ready infrastructure to market.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field
• Experience in Product Management, Product xqbhyrx Marketing or Business Development
• Experience within the Data Center industry
• Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure technologies
• Experience with White Space solutions (racks, rack PDUs, containment, PODs, modular infrastructure or similar) is highly desirable
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization
• Fluent English
