In this role you will orchestrate cross-functional cell therapy programs to translate bold science into patient-ready treatments. You’ll connect discovery, development, manufacturing, clinical, quality, regulatory and external partners into a unified plan. Your leadership will simplify complexity, drive progress on timelines, and safeguard quality and budget. This position offers hands-on, general-scale program management with a strong impact on patient access and pipeline speed. You will work on-site in Barcelona three days a week, contributing to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

• Deliver programs within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Define and gain approval for detailed project plans including activities, resources, costs, roles, and QA
• Track progress and adjust work plans to evolving requirements
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects and ensure timely completion




• Build relationships with key stakeholders to align objectives with business needs
• Communicate project impacts and changes across the organization
• Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams with clear roles
• Apply organizational methodology and ensure compliance with standards
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation
• Develop and implement project improvement plans with team input
• Address quality and compliance risks and escalate when needed
• Manage expectations xqbhyrx of the Steering Group with proactive communication
Responsabilidades
• Business degree
• Experience of managing projects/programmes or in a similar role
• Well developed organisational and interpersonal skills
• Experience of working with third party suppliers
• Experience of applying policies, procedures, and guidelines
