In this role you will redesign, test, and implement payment structures for riders across the globe, using data modeling to drive scalable, fair compensation. You will work within Glovo's Global Logistics to optimize operational investment and rider engagement, translating insights into actionable changes. The position sits at the intersection of analytics and strategy, shaping how payments influence logistics performance. You’ll operate in a fast-growing environment where experiments and data-driven decisions matter, contributing to a fair, efficient rider network.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Redesign and optimize courier payment framework to influence key metrics
• Design models accounting for vehicle type, distance, weight, and peak-hour availability
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and drivers for the logistics network
• Own and run experiments (A/B tests, switchbacks) to validate payment changes before rollout




• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance data
• Incorporate local and regional rider perspectives to address diverse needs
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering, Maths or another STEM field (explicitly stated)
• 2+ years of data analytics experience translating insights into business actions
• Advanced SQL for complex querying
• Python proficiency for data analysis and orchestration
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI) xqbhyrx
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Fluent English
• Nice to have experience with experimentation (A/B testing)
• Ability to communicate complex analytics to technical and non-technical stakeholders
