In this Strategy u0026amp; Operations Associate role, you support the Grow u0026amp; Engage domain within the Customer Identity team, bridging strategy and execution to drive growth and efficiency. You will translate ambitious goals into clear KPIs, guiding investments and tracking impact across engagement and subscriptions. You work as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives. You will shape data-driven decisions, performance reviews, and opportunities for optimization, contributing to scalable, customer-centric growth.

• Own and refine segment strategy to enable data-driven trade-offs between Engagement and Subscriptions
• Act as a subject matter expert on business drivers, infrastructure, and processes
• Drive KPI discipline and progress against core targets through regular performance reviews
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities with ROI-focused assessment
• Build robust business cases and guide investments toward high-impact initiatives




• Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with clear ownership and timely delivery
• Monitor performance and optimize product KPIs, unit economics, and partner delivery against SLAs
• Align stakeholders across Product, Tech, Data, Growth, Finance to resolve blockers and drive execution on complex topics
Responsabilidades
• Minimum of 3 years in fintech, banking, consulting, or B2C startups with topics like growth, funnel optimization, subscription models, customer engagement, or product-led growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, xqbhyrx Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or related field
• Experience building business cases and making data-driven recommendations
• Experience leading cross-functional projects end-to-end and collaborating with diverse teams
• Strong problem-solving ability to structure analyses and draw insights
