As Senior Account Specialist within Medtronic’s Cardiac Ablation Solutions team, you drive adoption of innovative EP technologies by training and supporting physicians and EP lab staff. You’ll be a trusted partner, helping hospitals implement Affera systems and related ablation technologies across a defined region from Spain (Barcelona-based, remote). You help shape technology adoption, stay ahead of competitors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes. This role offers meaningful impact in advancing patient care through cutting-edge EP solutions.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Deliver expert clinical and technical support on the Affera Mapping and Ablation System, Pulse Select PFA, and Arctic Front Advance Cryoablation system
• Provide product expertise through sales presentations, demonstrations, installations, and ongoing support for technology adoption
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted partner




• Develop and sustain advanced clinical and technical knowledge of product portfolio and competitors
• Demonstrate composure and proactive problem-solving in high-stress situations
• Collaborate with account teams and Sales Managers on territory reviews and strategic planning
• Serve as liaison between sales and technical staff for smooth communication and customer satisfaction
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Sales or related scientific discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in electrophysiology procedures and product xqbhyrx knowledge
• Cardiology background or Cardiac Physiologist experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and excellence
• Valid driving license with clean record
• Understanding of 3D Mapping systems (advantageous)
