In this Senior Account Manager role, you own a portfolio of Glovo Spain’s largest accounts, guiding the relationship, commercial strategy, and day-to-day delivery. You’ll lead senior-level reviews, monitor performance, and drive growth opportunities with top national brands. You act as the internal coordinator to ensure commitments are executed across Finance, Operations, Ads, and Marketing. This is a high-impact, commercial role in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where precise execution and strategic insight matter.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own the relationship with portfolio clients and act as primary contact
• Lead end-to-end business reviews (MBR/QBR) with data-backed narratives and action plans
• Monitor account performance and recommend changes based on metrics
• Execute the commercial agenda including promotional activations, advertising commitments, and marketing initiatives




• Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver on partner commitments (billing, operations, campaign execution, etc.)
• Build structured commercial proposals (account plans, opportunity analyses, investment cases)
Responsabilidades
• Commercial acumen with a track record of driving outcomes in high-value relationships
• Strong communication: clear, structured, persuasive
• Structured and reliable work ethic with ability to manage demanding workloads
• Comfort with data: navigate xqbhyrx dashboards/spreadsheets and use insights commercially
• 4+ years in senior account management or client-facing roles; background in food delivery, marketplace platforms, FMCG, or high-growth tech is a plus
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
