Our Customer Success team is responsible for helping customers achieve their goals using WhatsApp to:
- Provide technical and usage support, tier 1 and tier 2
- Understand client needs and create actions to improve engagement
- Find new market opportunities based on user demands, and provide feedback to the development, mkt and sales teams for their review
- Churn: Active reach-out to reactivate churned customers (reactive)
- Churn: Launch continuous action to prevent churn (proactive)
- Work with the technical team to continuously automate customer success tasks to improve scalability
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with direct contact with customers for technical support
- Demonstrated experience reading or understanding code logic with personal or professional projects; it can be related to programming or even creating sophisticated spreadsheet formulas.
- Language: Spanish and English, native or full professional proficiency; fluency in both languages is a must. Please do not apply if you cannot prove fluency.
