The Role
They are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to drive business growth. You will be part of an experienced international team, responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with new clients in the German market. Execute strategies to acquire new clients, collaborating with Sales Specialists to convert leads into opportunities.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire process from initial outreach (calls/emails) to negotiation and closing.

Pipeline Management: Monitor sales pipelines via CRM to provide accurate forecasting.
Experience: 2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, specifically targeting SMBs.
Track Record: Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and consistently hit quotas and conversion targets.
Tech Stack: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation software.
Native
German and fluent in English.
Legal: Valid EU work permit is mandatory.
Experience within the SaaS industry (e-commerce, search, or digital marketing). Familiarity with inbound sales methodologies.
Contract & Salary: Permanent contract (Indefinido) with a €30,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, offering strong earning potential.
