In this role, you contribute to originating and executing commercial real estate financings for institutional clients within BNP Paribas CIB. You work within the Real Estate Finance team to structure and assess financing options, manage client relationships, and ensure compliant credit processes. You will develop risk-aware financing structures and mentor junior colleagues.

The position blends financial modeling, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support sustainable client outcomes and bank profitability.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Support client relationship management and preparation of marketing pitches
- Assist origination, structuring, execution and distribution of CRE loans




- Assess risk and develop financing structures using financial modeling and cash flow analysis
- Contribute to the credit process including due diligence and coordination of stakeholders
- Monitor portfolio files and reporting
- Assist in training analysts, graduates, and trainees
- Ensure compliance with AML, sanctions, anti-corruption, and KYC policies

Responsabilidades

- Master in Economics and/or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of relevant xugodme experience in structured finance
- Fluent in Spanish and English
