Senior Service Delivery Manager – Industrial IT InfrastructureLocation: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)A leading international organisation is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to oversee IT infrastructure operations across multiple industrial sites. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced infrastructure professional with a strong background in service delivery, ITIL governance, cybersecurity, and multi-site IT operations within manufacturing or logistics environments.The OpportunityYou will act as the primary point of contact for infrastructure operations across a network of factories and warehouses, driving operational excellence, vendor performance, service governance, and infrastructure standardisation. Working within a global matrix organisation, you'll collaborate with local IT teams, international stakeholders, and managed service providers to ensure high availability and secure IT services.Key ResponsibilitiesLead IT infrastructure governance across multiple industrial locations.Chair regular operational and service review meetings with local IT teams.Produce executive-level reports and presentations on infrastructure performance, incidents, and service metrics.Manage infrastructure CAPEX and OPEX budgets, forecasting and cost optimisation initiatives.Oversee cybersecurity governance, including vulnerability remediation, patch management, Active Directory hygiene,



and compliance KPIs.Coordinate managed service providers and field support vendors against SLA and service quality targets.Drive ITIL best practice across Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Transition Management.Lead Major Incident (P1) coordination and Root Cause Analysis activities.Support infrastructure refresh programmes, hardware lifecycle planning, and cloud migration projects.Build strong relationships across operational, technical, and business stakeholders.About YouWe're looking for a senior infrastructure leader with:8+ years' experience in Service Delivery, IT Operations, or Infrastructure Management.Strong experience managing multi-site enterprise IT environments.Excellent knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Transition.Technical understanding of Azure, VMware, Active Directory, Cisco networking, SD-WAN, firewalls, backup and disaster recovery.Experience managing MSPs, third-party vendors, and offshore support teams.Proven budget management experience across infrastructure projects.Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Fluent English and French.What's on OfferSenior strategic leadership positionHybrid working modelInternational projects across multiple industrial sitesOpportunity to influence infrastructure strategy within a general organisation
