In this role you will support and enhance the Morpheus WMS platform, ensuring stability and performance while driving data-driven improvements. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to global business system projects. The emphasis is on SQL-based analysis, automation with SSIS, and delivering timely, well-documented IT solutions for logistics operations.

This is a hands-on position that shapes WMS effectiveness across local sites and regional/integral contexts.

- Analyze system behavior and troubleshoot incidents using SQL-based processes

- Coordinate WMS-related projects across Operations, Infrastructure, IT, and other departments
- Design and maintain automated workflows with SSIS
- Automate recurring data processes and system tasks
- Contribute to the global release cycle including analysis, design, testing, implementation, support and documentation
- Coordinate knowledge sharing with end-user communities across regions
- Support local site implementations and global operations
- Maintain strong SQL knowledge for database-driven systems
- Leverage WMS experience in a logistics environment xugodme (plus)
- Fluent in English
- Act as main contact for WMS within cross-functional initiatives

Responsabilidades

- Strong SQL knowledge and experience with database-driven systems
- WMS experience (Morpheus or similar)
- SSIS experience and workflow automation
- Project coordination and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with logistics environments is a plus
- English fluent
- Ability to manage stakeholders and vendor relations
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
