In this role you will orchestrate cross-functional cell therapy programs to translate bold science into patient-ready treatments. You’ll connect discovery, development, manufacturing, clinical, quality, regulatory and external partners into a unified plan. Your leadership will simplify complexity, drive progress on timelines, and safeguard quality and budget.

This position offers hands-on, global-scale program management with a strong impact on patient access and pipeline speed. You will work on-site in Barcelona three days a week, contributing to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Deliver programs within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Define and gain approval for detailed project plans including activities, resources, costs, roles, and QA
- Track progress and adjust work plans to evolving requirements
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects and ensure timely completion




- Build relationships with key stakeholders to align objectives with business needs
- Communicate project impacts and changes across the organization
- Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams with clear roles
- Apply organizational methodology and ensure compliance with standards
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation
- Develop and implement project improvement plans with team input
- Address quality and compliance risks and escalate when needed
- Manage expectations xugodme of the Steering Group with proactive communication

Responsabilidades

- Business degree
- Experience of managing projects/programmes or in a similar role
- Well developed organisational and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working with third party suppliers
- Experience of applying policies, procedures, and guidelines
