Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service in Croatian via telephone, email, and chat support channels.

Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account management.

Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalates when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.





Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Stay informed about company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements

Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous.

Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Familiarity with CRM software and standard computer applications.

Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to relocate to Greece.
