Are you a passionate SCRUM MASTER with previous experience in international environments? We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to ensure our team follows Scrum practices and principles in an interesting project with us!

100% Remote (Mandatory to reside in Spain!)**

Key Requirements

- +3 years of proven experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Technical background (e.g., previous experience in software development, engineering, or technical delivery).
- English C1 level .
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles and experience facilitating core ceremonies.
- Hands-on experience managing workflows and backlogs in Jira.
- Ability to manage team capacity, prepare sprint planning inputs,



and monitor delivery execution.

Responsibilities

- Facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Sprint Refinements.
- Clear blockers affecting team progress, such as access requests, test users, bug follow-ups, and cross-team dependencies.
- Ensure clear communication between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders, arranging meetings as needed.
- Keep Jira tickets updated, prioritized, and aligned with dependencies to maintain delivery governance.
- Participate in Scrum of Scrums to coordinate cross-team dependencies and contribute to process improvements.

- Excellent facilitation and coaching abilities to support Agile adoption and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently identify and remove blockers.
- Ability to foster collaboration within the squad and across teams.
- Organizational and analytical mindset to track progress, priorities, and dependencies.
- Proactive attitude and ownership with a focus on team performance and outcomes.
