About the role
Revolut’s People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.
We’re looking for a People Specialist to support our employees by overseeing day-to-day HR tasks globally. You’ll keep the employment life cycle running smoothly while helping others grow and develop in their careers.

What you’ll be doing
- Being the first point of contact for employee queries/tickets in your region and as part of the HR team globally
- Coordinating end-to-end lifecycle operations, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, people services desk, and off-boarding processes
- Managing internal tools, such as time and attendance
- Preparing HR documentation and maintaining HR records
- Implementing important HR projects and policies
What you'll need
- 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist, administrator, or partner role
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience being the face of HR, representing policies and practices to managers and employees across the organisation
- Experience in a service role, working to SLAs and other measurable performance metrics
- Expertise in administering HR operations using automated tools (via Jira service desk, HRIS, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- A great understanding of employment law and local HR practices
Nice to have
- Experience in a startup
- Experience in the tech or financial services industry
- CIPD Qualification
- Experience collaborating on an international team
Compensation range
- Poland: PLN8,700 - PLN9,700 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
