- Support secure and compliant environments aligned with ISO 27001, GDPR/HIPAA, and best practices
- Work closely with software and data engineering teams to support microservices, databases, and pipelines
- Help drive incident response, postmortems, and continuous infrastructure improvement
Qualifications (Must-Have)
- 3–5+ years hands-on DevOps or SRE experience in distributed, fast-paced engineering teams
- Strong Kubernetes operational experience (EKS/AKS/GKE) in production environments
- Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code patterns (modules, state management, etc.)
- Solid experience with Linux administration and networking fundamentals
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD automation pipelines

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Based in EU or Latin America (timezone alignment with global teams)
- Experience operating microservices across AWS, GCP, and/or Azure
- Experience with Helm and release automation
- Hands-on experience with Vault or other secret management solutions
- Familiarity with service mesh (Istio/Linkerd), GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), or cost-optimized multi-cloud setups
- Experience with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, etc.)
- Exposure to regulated/data-sensitive industries (healthcare, finance, pharma)
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA principles
- Experience with data platforms (Postgres, Kafka, Spark) and secure data pipelines
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills
