What You'll Do Lead the full GCC lifecycle — from strategy and business case origination through design, set-up, operationalisation, and continuous transformation. Act as a C‑suite advisor (CFO, CHRO, COO, CTO), shaping decisions on GCC scope, operating model, governance, and AI‑enabled reinvention. Design and implement AI‑first GCC capabilities — embedding intelligence agents, applied analytics, and next‑gen technologies from Day One.

Lead GCC set‑up programmes: governance design, talent mobilisation, Day One readiness, and command center powered by Reinvention AI.

Drive transformation programmes: GCC health checks, capability expansion, modernisation, and workforce reskilling for an AI‑led future. Shape new client opportunities, contributing to business development and thought leadership. Build and coach high‑performing delivery teams; develop junior talent and foster a culture of learning.

What We're Looking For ~8–12 years in consulting, with a demonstrated track record of leading large‑scale,
