Vertigo Media Performance is launching a new Mobile Performance Business Unit, and we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial leader to build and scale it internationally.

This is not a role to manage an existing department.

You will build it from the ground up.

YOUR MISSION

You will take full ownership of our Mobile Performance activity, including:

- Mobile User Acquisition
- Apps & Mobile Content
- Subscriptions & Performance Acquisition
- CPI / CPA / CPE / CPS / Revenue Share models
- Advertiser and Publisher partnerships

From day one, you will be given the opportunity to select and recruit the first partner/team member who will launch the activity alongside you.

You will have the freedom to identify the profile you believe is best suited to complement your expertise and accelerate the development of the Business Unit.

Together, you will initially operate in a very hands-on and entrepreneurial mode: developing advertisers and publishers, negotiating partnerships, launching campaigns, testing opportunities and identifying the most profitable markets and business models.

You will also represent Vertigo Media Performance at the major Mobile, Affiliate and Performance Marketing conferences and industry events worldwide, with regular international travel to develop our network, meet key advertisers and publishers, and generate new business opportunities.

BUILD YOUR BUSINESS UNIT

Your objective is not simply to run campaigns — it is to create and scale an entire Mobile Performance business.

As the activity grows, you will define the organisation and progressively recruit, train and manage:

- Business Developers




- Publisher Managers
- Account Managers
- Mobile Performance specialists

You will progressively delegate day-to-day operations while retaining full ownership of the strategy, commercial development and P&L; of the Business Unit.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with:

- Strong experience in Mobile Performance / Mobile Advertising / User Acquisition
- An established international network of advertisers and publishers
- Excellent understanding of CPI, CPA, CPE, CPS and Revenue Share models
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to launch and scale profitable campaigns
- The ability to identify, recruit and develop the right people around you
- An entrepreneurial and builder mindset
- Strong commercial and P&L; orientation
- A strong appetite for networking, industry events and international business development
- Availability to travel regularly and attend major industry conferences worldwide
- Excellent English and an international outlook THE OPPORTUNITY
