In this role you lead financial stewardship for HP AM, shaping strategy with business leaders and guiding policy and process improvements. You’ll perform advanced financial analysis to support cross-functional decisions and represent the unit in planning and external engagements. Your work drives profitability and scalable financial governance across general operations.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Manage worldwide Pu0026L for HPAM with end-to-end ownership
- Provide expertise to cross-functional project teams (Supply Chain, OPEX, Warranty)
- Lead process improvements and establish policies as a subject-matter expert
- Collaborate with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making
- Conduct complex financial analyses to support objectives




- Oversee analysts across sub-functions and drive finance initiatives
- Forecast financial results and identify opportunities for improvements and policy development
- Represent the business unit in cross-functional planning processes
- Represent the organization to external customers and clients
- Apply advanced knowledge to complex projects and exercise independent xugodme judgment in policy development

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline (or commensurate experience)
- Typically 5–7 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field
- Preferred certifications: CPA and CFA could be assets
