Application management (Maintenance and Support, SLA, Incident-, Problem-, Release/Test-, Risk-Mgmt, Documentation) Business Analysis, Solution Design and implementation/deployment of Changes/Enhancements in cooperation with the software vendor Implementation and Testing of Product Releases Project assignments (Data migrations, impact analysis) YOUR PROFILE Sound knowledge of MS Windows Server environments and ETL Tools, MS SQL, reporting and scripting Experience with end-of-day processing (AWA), communication between applications and modern interfaces (APIs, IBM MQ) Confident interaction with business stakeholders, system engineers, database administrators and external solution providers Bachelors degree in computer science,
