Resolve
Break/Fix technical support cases, handling configurations, troubleshooting, and standard methodologies to customers via phone, e-mail, and web. Work directly with ETAC and Engineering to get customer issues resolved Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other user documentation in the Knowledge Base Have a thorough understanding xsgfvud of software release and bug cycles Ability to collaborate with high-performing internal and outsourced teams
