About the role

We are currently supporting a major Spanish logistics provider in redesigning their core operating model to better handle scaling complexities. This position exists to bridge the gap between their manual legacy workflows and the automated systems required for their future growth. You will help our principals translate complex logistics requirements into structured, repeatable digital processes that provide long-term portfolio clarity for the client.

What you will do

- Map out current manual workflows for our Spanish logistics client to identify specific areas where automation can improve performance.





- Research automation tools and software that align with the existing operating model and budget of the client.

- Create clear documentation that explains how new automated processes will function and interact with human oversight.

- Support the principals by preparing concise reports that form a view on the risks and benefits of proposed technology shifts.

- Assist in the data migration process to ensure that historical logistics information remains accurate and accessible during the transition.

- Monitor the implementation of new workflows to verify they are delivering the intended results for the holding company.

- Collaborate with client teams remotely to gather feedback and refine automation logic based on daily operational realities.

- Prepare governance frameworks that dictate how automated systems should be audited and managed over time.

What we are looking for

- Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain technical logic in plain English.

- A natural curiosity regarding how businesses function and where processes typically break down.

- Logical rigor and the ability to organize complex information into a structured, readable format.

- Basic familiarity with automation logic or scripting, though specialized professional expertise is not required.
