The role

This Junior Prompt Engineer position is a permanent, full-time role created to support our ongoing engagement with a major Spanish logistics firm. As we help their leadership team address operational inefficiencies, you will work to translate complex organizational data into structured prompts for large language models. This is a fully remote role where your primary focus is ensuring that the technical tools we use produce precise, reliable, and logical outputs.

You will bridge the gap between high-level consulting observations and the technical execution required to process vast amounts of client information.

What you will do

- Draft and refine prompts that help extract specific organizational insights from large sets of internal documentation and meeting transcripts.

- Test various prompting techniques to identify which methods produce the most consistent and accurate evidence-backed conclusions for our consultants.

- Support the team by automating the categorization of structural friction points within the logistics firm's operations.

- Maintain a detailed library of successful prompts to ensure a high standard of precision across various projects and workstreams.

- Review model outputs for logical consistency, carefully checking for any errors that could impact the integrity of our structural analysis.

- Collaborate with consultants to understand the specific governance requirements and operational nuances of the Spanish logistics sector.





- Document the reasoning behind specific prompt sequences to ensure team-wide accountability and the ability to reproduce results.

- Assist in the preparation of internal reports by summarizing AI-generated data into clear, readable formats for the consulting team.
