Do you have experience in international logistics, inventory planning, and customer service? Would you like to become the key logistics contact for Europe within a leading company in its industry? We are looking for a Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist with bilingual-level English to play a key role in managing the end-to-end supply chain operations across the European region.
What will your mission be? Main Responsibilities - Manage order documentation, shipments, and customer communications.
- Plan and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Monitor and analyze sales forecasts provided by Area Managers.
- Coordinate product replenishment and supply from the Dominican Republic.
- Manage the logistics of promotional materials and product samples.
- Work closely with the logistics provider and the Barcelona warehouse on a daily basis.
- Optimize order management processes together with regional customers.
- Provide customer support, handling incidents, claims, and documentation-related queries.
- Support export and customs documentation processes.
- Monitor and control logistics costs and warehouse expenses.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Finance teams.
What We Are Looking For - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, export, or logistics customer service roles.
- Experience in demand planning, inventory management,
and order coordination.
- Bilingual or near-native English level (mandatory).
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with Navision is a plus.
- A third language will be highly valued.
- Availability for occasional business trips to the Dominican Republic. Key Competencies - Strong organizational and self-management skills.

What We Offer - Permanent position.
- Annual gross salary: €28,000 - €30,000 , depending on experience.
- Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely per week.
- Location: Alcobendas, Madrid.
- Full-time schedule (40 hours per week):
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM -- 6:30 PM - Friday: 9:00 AM -- 3:00 PM - Edenred meal voucher: €11 per working day.
